Virtuoso: Easy To Operate

It should be obvious that the purpose of any organ control system is to control the organ, i.e., make it easier to play. The Virtuoso organ control system has been engineered to make any organ as easy to play as it can be. A high-speed, high-capacity CPU, ten-millisecond sampling, and speed-of-light fiber optics all deliver a more responsive, full-featured instrument.

Organs generally have many masters, each with his own preferences. The Virtuoso supports an unlimited number of “users” each with its own individual 99-level memory. No longer must the Sunday morning organist worry about what the Friday evening organist may have done to the registrations. In fact, Users may create their own passwords to protect their registrations and completely eliminate the risk they will be changed inadvertently. Users can even export their registrations to flash memory (identical to the memory cards used in digital cameras), carry them with them and restore them later.

For each of the 99 memory levels available to each user, the system supports multiple tuttis, multiple crescendos, and an integrated sequencer. When formulating a crescendo registration, users can copy and paste from any other crescendo, and of course the organist may reveal any crescendo or tutti to show exactly what is happening at every step of the crescendo or for each tutti.

Finally, the system includes a reset to easily restore the factory crescendo or tutti defaults.
